Minutes of the 4th Board of Directors Meeting (BOD) Date: 26th February 2026 Venue: Lions Hub, Ellisbridge Time: 8:30 PM onwards 1. Welcome & Opening Remarks The meeting commenced with a warm welcome by President Lion Mukesh B. Chopra, IntPE, who greeted all members and emphasized the importance of active participation and effective execution of upcoming activities. 2. Secretary’s Report Secretary CA Pankaj Jain presented the report highlighting activities conducted till date and briefed the members on ongoing initiatives of the club. 3. Treasurer’s Report Treasurer CA Suraj Jain presented the financial status of the club, including updates on receipts and payments. The same was noted and approved by the board. 4. Discussion & Decision on Pending Membership Fees A discussion was held regarding pending membership and passes fees (including Bhavin, Srichand, Aaradhya Hospital, etc.). It was decided that such cases will be handled more strictly in the future. For current cases, the outstanding amounts will remain in their accounts and will be collected when the members actively participate again. 5. Incoming Program Discussions The President shared details of upcoming programs: • DG Visit • Box Cricket Tournament • Grand Picnic & Award Night • Engagement with Lion Frenny Shah Members shared suggestions to enhance participation and execution. 6. Incoming District Program Discussions Updates on district-level activities including Region Conference, District Conference, and Zone Social were discussed. PP Lion Frenny Shah guided members and encouraged active participation. 7. Remarks & Guidance Senior members and past presidents shared valuable inputs for improving club functioning and planning of activities. 8. Open Forum Members shared suggestions and feedback for better execution of club initiatives. 9. Vote of Thanks & Closure The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Secretary CA Pankaj Jain, expressing gratitude to all members for their presence and valuable contributions. Resolutions Passed (In Brief) 1. The Treasurer’s Report was reviewed and approved. 2. It was resolved to monitor pending membership fees more strictly in future. 3. Existing outstanding membership fees will remain in respective accounts and will be recovered when members re-engage with the club. 4. Upcoming programs including DG Visit, Box Cricket, Grand Picnic & Award Night were approved for execution. 5.
