District Governor's Goodwill Visit

The District Governor’s Goodwill Visit commenced with a warm and cordial welcome of our District Governor, Lion Hiren Mewada, along with the First Lion Lady, Lion Gita Mewada, and the esteemed district team. The visit began with the Board Meeting, where all board members were introduced, followed by the introduction of the club committee and district dignitaries. An attractive docket presentation based on the theme “Sarvmangal” was showcased. All relevant documents were presented and were highly appreciated by the Governor. The Board Meeting concluded with a formal Vote of Thanks. This was followed by the General Meeting, which began with the official welcome of the District Governor and First Lady, along with the presentation of a memento. The Secretary presented the report, and the Treasurer handed over the cheque. During the meeting, the District Governor felicitated deserving members in recognition of their dedication and active involvement. He appreciated the club for its strength, commitment, and quality of service. The meeting concluded with a note of gratitude by the President, followed by the adjournment. The event ended on a delightful note with dinner.
