Permanant Project "Play Area for Children"

The Lions Club of Gandhinagar Femina has undertaken a Permanent project of a unique and commendable initiative as part of its social service activities titled “Play Area for Children – A Step Towards Child Care.” Under this initiative, a dedicated play area for children has been set up in the Pediatric Ward of Civil Hospital, Gandhinagar. The program was held on 1st April 2026, with the objective of providing joy, entertainment, and emotional comfort to children visiting the hospital. The play area is thoughtfully equipped with attractive toys and facilities designed to bring smiles to young faces and create a cheerful environment during their hospital visit. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Lion L.K. Vaghela (1st VDG), Glt Cordinator Ln Mamta Raval, RC Lion Dr Kameshwar Prasad, ZC ln Minaxi Jaisinghani past presidents and femina members whose presence added pride and inspiration to the occasion. The entire project was successfully executed under the guidance of Club President Lion Archana Dave, Secretary Lion Kanan Patel, and Treasurer Lion Maya Agrawal. The support and cooperation of Superintendent were also noteworthy. This initiative by the Lions Club of Gandhinagar Femina stands as a meaningful and inspiring step towards child welfare and humanitarian service.
